Hi,

I have TypeMock Isolator 7.0.7 installed with AutoRunner and TestLint (TestLint is disabled in ExtensionManager). When I enable AutoRunner and it's running in the background, I receive the error below displayed in the Output window.

I am running Win7 x64 SP1 with VisualStudio 2010 SP1 (run as Administrator).

Hi Jyoti,

  • Error 1:
    I Don't understand the problem.
    Which object is Nullable?
  • Error 2:
    There are two issues in the test that you should avoid:

    1. Using 2 different Typemock api's in the same test causes unexpected behaviour. (use only the latest)
    2. There is logic in the test ( foreach , ifelse)
      Tests should be as plain as possible in order to prevent bugs in them.
      Logic in tests also causes unexpected behaviour in some cases.
  • Error 3:
    Here are the lines that lead to nav.Compile("/Mails/SendMail2/from"); where the error occures:
    var fakeXPathDocument = Isolate.Fake.Instance<XPathDocument>();
    Isolate.Swap.AllInstances<XPathDocument>().With(fakeXPathDocument);
    XPathDocument xpathDoc = new XPathDocument(Settings.EmailPath);
    XPathNavigator nav = xpathDoc.CreateNavigator();
    expr = nav.Compile("/Mails/SendMail2/from");

    new XPathDocument(Settings.EmailPath); return a recursive-fake object ( fake.instance + swap.AllInstances ).
    nav is a recursive-fake as well ( because it is returned from a recursive fake xpathDoc )
    nav.Compile() returns null because you didn't specify the behaviour of Compile () and nav is a fake.

Let me know if it helps.

Hi Alex,

We have been facing issue with the license key of Typemock, As per the Client these license key should work.Could you please share your personal email address where I can share my Product License key so that you can validate the same?
