Mono Support

In searching the forums, I noticed a few others asking if Mono was supported, though those posts were years ago and did not rule out support for it in the future. Even if I don't get an answer here, I can investigate somewhat on my own.

If it did, however, there'd be a few of us unit testers struggling to work with Unity's unmockable library willing to buy up some licenses. :)
