With TypeMock 3.7.1, attempting to set or remove a license via the TypeMock Configuration Tool causes an exception to be thrown if the program is not run with elevated privileges.

I made this mistake, and now my Set License button is disabled even with a valid license entered. Is there a way to reset the license state without the tool so I can install my purchased license?

Thanks,
Matt Rudder

Hi,
Thanks for reporting this bug.
In any case make sure that the registry defined for the code coverage is enabled, as written in the Documentation

Hi,

This issue has been resolved.
The fix was included in our latest release (4.0.2),
which can be loaded here: https://www.typemock.com/Downloads.php

If now you try to access the registry the tool will output an apropriate warning, and will not crash.
