TypeMock not integrating with VSTest since updating to 16.2

I updated VS2019 to 16.2 yesterday and since then all of my unit tests that use TypeMock have been failing, with the error messages saying TypeMock is disabled. It\'s not shown as disabled in the extensions menu, I have \'integrate with other runners\' checked, and I just updated TypeMock to the latest version with no success.
