It would be nice to be able to check for updates every morning.

We have just experienced that a user update caused a problem for other users, since the reference in the vs2008 project were updated and checked in (by the user).

A Daily update at 6.0 am or something like that would be nice.

Hi
Thanks for reporting about this issue
However I'm not sure this will help since we are not installing the update automatically.
We just inform the user that there is a newer version and the user needs to download and install the new version by himself.
I'll check if we can do something to solve this.

It think the problem arises from the Bi weeekly option, which seems to be triggered depending on the users time of installation.

That is why a daily ( morning ) check would be nice when fairly large groups are working together using TypeMock.

Another solution could be for typemock to check the referenced TypeMock.dll version, and check for an update if the referenced version ( in the solution ) is newer. It should be doable since TypeMock is loaded as an addin, and therefore can inspect the Solution properties incl. references.
